Having graduated from Florida Atlantic University, Daniel holds both a Florida Certified Residential Appraiser License (RD5174) and a Florida Brokers License (BK3161921). He has been appraising real estate for over 20 years and completed over 10,000 residential property appraisals. His clients include Loan Depot, Prosperity Mortgage, NewRez, United Wholesale Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage, and US Bank, among others. In addition to working with lending clients, Daniel provides valuations for attorneys, realtors, investors and homeowners in the local market.
