Single family homes prices in Coconut Creek rose 3.28% from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017 and Condos rose about 8%, the number of closed sales has slipped 30% from 27 to 19 for single family homes and increased for condos from 37 to 42.  The median  days on market for single family homes in Jan 2017 was 15 and for condos was 31.
